I had the opportunity to sit down with John from the SYNERGY Team and gain some valuable insight on leadership, business ownership, and real estate.

One of the biggest takeaways from our conversation was that leadership comes with responsibility. The saying “heavy is the head that wears the crown” couldn’t be more true. Building a business, serving clients, and leading a team isn’t always easy, but the impact you create makes the journey worthwhile.

Real estate and entrepreneurship continue to remind me that growth happens when you’re willing to take on challenges, learn from others, and stay committed to your vision.

Our team management pool event was one for the books.

 my pool game might not be where I want it to be yet 😂
