Realtor friends - I’ve got clients (middle aged couple - no kids, no pets) that will need a short term rental while their house is being built.

Budget is $1500 per month, looking for a townhouse or duplex and they’d like to do a 6 month agreement and then month to month. Campbell, Bedford, Lynchburg and Madison Heights areas.

They would probably need the rental starting in October. I’ve got to list their current home first and get that under contract.
