Stop thinking the marketing starts the day the listing goes live.

Some of my favorite transactions happened because of relationships and conversations BEFORE the property ever officially hit the market. Sometimes all it takes is reaching out to agents in your brokerage or top agents in your area to see if they already have buyers looking.

The longer I’m in this business, the more I realize:
Your network is one of your greatest assets.

The agents who build strong relationships tend to create more opportunities — for themselves AND their clients.

Huge congrats to my First Time Homebuyer 🙂 when I met Brenda, she told me she was gonna need a lot of handholding, and I told her I was there for it. Communication can’t be optional in our business. It has to be the foundation of it. It was an honor and a blessing to meet these two and be a part of this journey.
