Where others see a house that needs too much work, we see potential. 🏡

There’s something rewarding about bringing neglected homes back to life, creating beautiful homes for new families, and helping revitalize neighborhoods one house at a time. 🔨❤️

Visited 3 of my rehabs today to check on progress 👀🔨

This basement is getting a MAJOR transformation — a primary suite with a full bath, an XL great room, plus we gutted the existing half bath so we have a clean slate.

When it’s finished:
🏡 3 bedrooms + full bath upstairs
✨ Primary suite + full bath downstairs
🛋️ XL great room
🚽 Additional half bath
And this basement has ALL the things — high ceilings, tons of windows, and a walkout. 🙌

Demo isn’t pretty…but the vision is. Stay tuned. 🔨✨
