Here is the important information and dates that you need to know!

When to start: Start decking out your patios NOW! Never too early for some Holiday Cheer!

December 8th-15th: Come to the office and enter for the contest. At that time, you will get a number or letter for your patio. Make sure you display your # or letter visible for all to see for voting! ( #’s for 2 -3-bedroom apartments and letters for 1-bedroom apartments.)

December 16th-22nd: Voting starts in the office! Come to the office and cast your vote for your favorite decorated patio! You will be voting for both favorite numbered patio and patio with a letter.

Something different this year!

December 18th: Come on a guided tour of all the decorated patios with the Eleven25 Team!
Guidelines: 6 people per group, 30-minute time slots, and must register with the office in advance! We will begin tours at 5:45! MASKS REQUIRED!

Winners will receive a special gift from our team! We cannot wait to start seeing all the patios decorated!

Happy Thanksgiving to all our residents at Eleven25!

Our office will be closed both Thursday and Friday (11/26-11/27) of this week!

We will re-open on Monday 11/30 at 8:30am!

-ATTENTION RESIDENTS-

- Towing will begin for all residents and guest parked without a parking pass on the vehicle and or incorrectly parked at 8:00am.
- Guest of residents must park in designated guest parking areas that are indicated with signs on the property. We will have two locations for guest parking. A map is attached to this email, signs will be installed on Monday indicating the second location of guest parking.
- Guest parking towing time will be from 7pm –7am daily. Any vehicles WITHOUT an Eleven25 permit, parked not in guest parking WILL BE TOWED.
- Any vehicles parked in the entrance of the property at any time other than at the Post Mail House to get mail, will also be towed.
- Any vehicles parked in handicap parking space without the proper HC permit, will be towed.
