Beware: The IRS is also receiving reports of emails urging people to "Claim your tax refund online," and text messages that the person's tax return was "banned" by the IRS. These scams are riddled with spelling errors and awkward phrasing, but they consistently try to entice people to click on a link.

IR-2023-131, July 21, 2023 — The Internal Revenue Service warned taxpayers today to be on the lookout for a summer surge of tax scams as identity thieves continue pounding out a barrage of email and text messages promising tax refunds or offers to help ‘fix’ tax problems.

Walk in the closet with lots of storage space. Universal TV mount for up to a 60" TV. Unit is located on the 2nd floor.

Monthly rent 475 + Utilities 150 - Utilities included are: power, water, gas, Wifi, trash and security services.

Total monthly rent 625 - 2 months rent security deposit required.

Pets allowed on a case by case basis with proper vet records and upkeep. Limit 1 pet. Monthly pet fee 20 and pet deposit of 400.

* 1 common bathroom is on the 2nd floor and is used between all 4 units located on that floor.

** Kitchen and laundry room is located on the 1st floor, along with another common bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with an oven, drop in range, 2 sinks and plenty of counter space.
