This gives buyers more time to explore their options while still moving in a healthy market.

I hear this all the time.
Here’s the data for the 1st quarter median home prices over the last several years for the Lynchburg Region:
🏡 2020: $186,500 🏡 2021: $210,000 🏡 2022: $240,000 🏡 2023: $270,000 🏡 2024: $282,000 🏡 2025: $300,000 🏡 2026: $305,000
Waiting for prices to “crash” can cost many buyers far more than buying sooner would have.
