A New Fan Favorite is Coming to Wyndhurst: Fire & Hops Reimagined as Scoreboards
On Dec. 16, Fire & Hops, a neighborhood taphouse in Wyndhurst, will close in preparation for its early 2019 re-opening as a new fan favorite, sports bar, Scoreboards.
Owned and operated by Parry Restaurant Group (PRG) along with local partners, Fire & Hops’ shift in concept aims to please current customers who have been looking for the perfect spot to share a drink and watch a game after work. Scoreboards will boast more than 20 screens with games always on.
Not only will the atmosphere welcome newcomers and make regulars feel like “everybody knows their name,” Scoreboards will also offer great brews and great value.
“Our customers have been asking for the kinds of features we’re building into Scoreboards,” said Stephan Parry, owner of PRG. “We know Scoreboards will be a great addition to the neighborhood, and we look forward to adding this friendly and fun concept to our offerings.”
The menu knocks it out of the park with wings, quesadillas, nachos, chicken and waffle skewers, as well as inventive burgers, salads, and pizzas. Dessert’s also a touchdown: fried Oreos, brownie sundaes, and apple pie.
Current Fire & Hops employees will be offered jobs in other Parry Restaurant Group eateries during the remodeling period.
Scoreboard’s grand opening is scheduled for the beginning of February.
