H&P welcomes Randy Lichtenberger as Vice President, Director of Cultural Resources. Randy joins the team full-time after 20 years as a Regional Archaeologist with VDOT and more than 15 years of directing H&P cultural resource projects.

Based in our Lynchburg office, he will lead H&P’s Cultural Resources team and help clients navigate regulatory requirements for archaeology, historic architecture and historic preservation across the Commonwealth and Mid Atlantic Region. We’re excited to build on a relationship that already spans nearly two decades and have Randy bring that experience to H&P in a new role.
