Lynchburg River Lofts, formerly the Barker Jennings Warehouse, is part of an
urban redevlopement project in downtown Lynchburg. The building will house 59
units, with commercial space available on the first floor. This building boasts views of the James River and the rest of downtown, and the
City of Lynchburg's Lower Bluff Walk project encompasses this building, so its tenants
will be in the heart of all the city has to offer.
