Countertop Differences:
⭕️ Granite- Natural rock from cooled magma, speckled and grainy look, heat tolerant, porous and needs sealed every 1-3 years.
⭕️ Quartz- Engineered rock (93% crushed quartz and 7% resin and pigments), consistent color, very tough though not as heat tolerant as granite, and doesn’t need sealed.
⭕️ Marble- Natural rock from limestone with soft elegant veining, softer and can chip easier, highly porous and needs sealed frequently.
⭕️ Quartzite- Natural rock from sandstone, marble like veining, extremely hard, porous and heat resistant.

Super excited to help my buyers find and buy a great investment property here in Forest, Virginia in the Farmington community! It was actually a bit of a wild ride- another client was under contract for this property and at the last moment she wasn’t going to be able to make it happen (due to another sale that she had no control over). So, instead of saying goodbye to this great investment- her sister and brother in law said they would like to step in and buy it! So in a few short days we got it turned around and sold!
