I am a professor in the School of Divinity and my wife and I have rented to over 200 LU students! So, we specialize in helping LU students transition from the dorms to living on their own.
Since few have trucks, we furnish for free (beds, dressers, desks, and appliances, etc. so you don't have to). Available May 17th. $1500 OBO plus utilities for the whole house.
We are currently painting/siding much of the outside, so soon it will look even better! And if there is something else you would like updated, just let us know. We are all about improving this house in the weeks and months to come. 🙂

We are open to switching rooms so that you can have a room by yourself or with a friend and bring rent down as low as $340 a person a month.

Here is one of three houses that we have for the 2023-2024 school year at $1500 opening in May for Liberty Students. Here is a tour of the house. It is fully furnished with beds dressers and desks and appliances. Huge backyard and wraparound porch. Lots of 1920s character. Four bedroom one bath.
