DG Homes by Re/Max Whatcom County While I created & opened DG Homes, brokered by eXp in 2021, I have enjoyed coming alongside & helping buyers & sellers since 2009.

I have called beautiful Whatcom County my home since 2003 and currently reside in Lynden with my hubby and 3 kiddos. I’d turn the entire basement into an income-producing space! 💰🏡

508 17th St. has SO much potential, and the basement is just waiting for someone with a little vision!

Here’s what I’m thinking:
🏡 Add a small kitchenette
🛏️ Transform the workshop into another bedroom or bonus room
🛁 Take advantage of the existing full bathroom
🚪 Utilize the side entrance that leads directly downstairs!

There’s already a bedroom down there, too! With some thoughtful updates, this space could have serious potential for rental income or multigenerational living.

Happy Thursday! Here are a few events happening this weekend.

🏈 Friday Night is Legacy Night at LHS. They are honoring the State Champion Teams from 1991,2006,2011,2021. Game starts at 7:00 at LHS.

🍻 The Thirsty Badger is hosting Trivia Night & "A Knight Out" this Friday 6:30-8:30. Trivia is free to play, raffle tickets available to purchase and this is an ALL ages event.

🎶 The Lynden Music Festival is happening this weekend. Thurs- Sunday at multiple locations and times. Make sure to check out their website for the full schedule.

🌊 Blaine's Oyster Fest is this Saturday in Downtown Blaine from 10-5. This is a full community event with live music, lots of good food, multiple oyster shucking competitions and more. Come and celebrate Blaine. Make sure to wear your orange for a community photo.
