Please help me congratulate my my clients Veronica & Martin Rivera new Homeowners with the successful closing. May God bless them both and their children and cherish them to a new beginning in their new house. Best wishes & Congratulations!!!

I want to personally say that this was the fastest closing ever, when Veronica and Martin started searching for their new home it was an adventure. They knew what features they were looking for and when they walked in this house they said this is it. After seeing so many houses and making several offers above asking price, God finally heard their prayers and their offered finally got accepted. And, in less then two months got out of attorney review home inspection and the Mortgage Commitment!!!
They were nervous and excited at the time...while my head was spinning lol but; everything got done.

As most of you know, that when searching for house you need to also shop around for a mortgage.

With that being said, I want to personally thanks my daughter Kristine Acosta, Processing Manager for introducing Family First A division of AnnieMac Home Mortgage for giving me the opportunity & trusting me to work through the obstacles we faced with the everyday in life for obtaining a mortgage.
