Owners of 285 L*D,
The association recently signed a contract with A1 exterminators to inspect and treat each individual unit throughout the community. Such work is necessary, in order to properly address and prevent any/all rodent activity. The work is scheduled for two separate Saturdays; November 12th and November 19th. Due to the fact that the association does not have a master keying system to enter each unit, we are requesting that residents be home during this time. Please note that a member of the association will be escorting the pest control team during this time.
Please let me know if you would prefer to have your unit treated on either the 12th or 19th. The normal schedule will be as follows:
Nov 12th: Floors 7-4
Nov 19th: Floors 3-1, as well as all remaining units that may have been missed.
Lastly, there are a great deal of items in the basement that simply do not belong. Because of this, we are going to perform a full cleaning, which will entail removing all abandoned items from the property. Please be certain to remove any/all of your items which may currently be in this area. Any items that remain after Friday November 25, 2011 will be considered abandoned and thus permanently removed from the bldg. The only items that are allowed to be stored in the basement are bicycles.
