Decking replacement job. The maintenance on this Ipe decking was adding up 💰💰💰...So we replaced the natural wood with this composite from TimberTech giving us the opportunity to clean the TPO roof and custom heated copper trough as well as butyl tape the sleepers. Now to refinish the cap rail.

We brought these roof brackets to the owner's attention. After checking her records no one had been on the roof for 12 years. Once we got set up we noticed the roof needed a good cleaning. Owners, be sure to check your roof and gutters at least twice a year. Obstructions can case snow and ice build up. Moss and mold does not allow roof shingles to dry, accelerating deterioration as well as slowing and redirecting water flow.
