🚨JUST IN: The U.S. State Department mandates visa bonds for nationals of 50 countries

Nationals from 50 countries are now required to provide a $5,000 to $15,000 bond for business and tourist visas which will be returned to those who comply with their visa terms. DHS will send cases where the visa holder may have broken the visa bond terms to ICE for investigation.

Visa Bond requirements are outlined in INA Section 221(g)(3) and the amount is determined at the time of the visa interview. The applicant MUST also submit a DHS Form I-352 and agree to the bond terms.
