Is it possible to get a house for less than or at the listing price? In this market, it can be hard, but a buyer we closed on a couple of weeks ago ended up getting the home with a $45,000 reduction with $5,000 closing costs, and one that we are representing right now is pending at list price and not a dime over. It can be tough for buyers right now, but I would recommend you keep trying. You will get something!
