Congratulations to my first-time home buyers on their brand-new home!

They first reached out through Ramsey Real Estate back in August of last year. At the time, they weren’t quite ready to make a move, but we stayed in touch and kept the conversation going until the timing was right.

When they were ready, we found an amazing new construction home and negotiated a huge win: a permanent interest rate of 4.75% along with $20,000 in builder credits!

Behind every closing is a story — and this one required patience, persistence, and a lot of problem-solving along the way. From lengthy inspection negotiations to financing complexities and a closing extension, every step required teamwork and determination.

My buyers specifically wanted a duplex so they could house hack their mortgage payments with one side already occupied — and we found the perfect fit. Even better, their new neighbor is wonderful, which made this one feel even more meant to be.
