Base Salary $80k + Commission + Bonus

The Sales Representative is the engine in the company – influencing growth and generating forward direction. The Sales Representative is to pursue new leads, convert leads to paying customers and maintain positive and healthy relationships with existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

o Set estimating and sales targets together with upper management and define strategies to achieve these targets

o Generate leads

o Work with the prospective accounts and convert to orders

o Arrange and attend meetings with the customers(s)

o Potentially meet with customers at their place of business

o Write up bids and contracts and close on orders

o Maintain and work with existing customer accounts

o Communicate very closely with the General Manager and the team on all order details, being proactive in delivering information and details

o Develop and continually improve personal estimating, sales methods and techniques

Key Skills/Requirements

o 3-5 Years Sales Experience

o Extensive experience in excavation processes and services

o Understand why a focus on true quality is the building block to any good production process

o Excavation estimating experience preferred

o Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Work, Excel) and general computer skills

o Experience with Quick Books preferred

o Strong planning and organization skills

o Able to remain focused under pressure

o Creative problem-solver

o Detail-oriented

o Self-directed

o Teachable; able to follow instructions

o Hardworking, Trustworthy, Humble

You will be responsible for assembling, connecting, and constructing pipe systems for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains. Ensures ground is prepped and trenches dug out for pipes. Aligns pipes and seals joints together.

This position is full-time/year round. Hours are typically 7:00 - 4:30 Monday through Friday. Most of our work is located in Seattle, however our equipment yard is in Lynnwood.

Preferred Skills:

Excavation Laborer experience
Experience laying pipe and working with underground utilities

A successful candidate will also have the following traits:

Valid Driver's License
Be reliable and dependable - You need to be on time everyday!

Superintendent's duties include, but are not limited to:
• On-Site management of daily production activity
• Competent at reading & comprehending civil, architectural, & structural drawings
• Experience in building within the City of Seattle (preferred)
• Subcontractor scheduling skills (required)
• Communication with site level management
• Product Quality Control
• Material management/staging
• Subcontract management (scopes of work, etc)
• Maintain Jobsite Safety
• Internal and jurisdictional inspections
• Ability to run 2-3 sites simultaneously (typical sites are 6 units)
• Experience with Buildertrend (preferred)
• Have a current/valid Drivers License
• Able to pass a Background Check
• We are a DRUG FREE COMPANY. A pre-employment drug test may be required.

Excavation Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Description
Greencity Development, LLC is a Real Estate development company specializing in multi-family housing in the City of Seattle.
We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator who specializes in dirt work, excavation and installing underground utilities for new construction.
**$1000.00 signing bonus after 90 days** Local Applicants only!
· Required to have the ability to read and interpret blueprints (Elevations)
· Must be able operate all types of Heavy Equipment efficiently and in tight spaces
· Excavator operator for mass excavation, digging footings, slopes, shoring walls and loading trucks.
· Must understand grades, elevations and compaction requirements
· Firm understanding of ROW and SIP work
· Piping including storm, sewer and water ranging from 2” to 60” systems
· Must have knowledge of OSHA regulations for Trenching and Excavation
· Installation of the pipe includes positioning, joining and aligning the pipes at proper depths, angles and grades.
· Must have the ability to use transit lasers, pipe lasers and hand tools along with being able to read grade stakes and place offsets if need be
· Ability to plan and layout jobs from start to finish in order to meet or exceed deadlines
· Able to demonstrate excellent communication between you, superintendent, office and crews
· Experience with excavation requirements within the City of Seattle preferred
