This season our greetings may be similar to last year, but the sentiment is stronger. We have bonded, connected, collaborated, and expressed our appreciation for each other in deeper ways than ever before. This holiday season is extra special because we're holding the people we care about a little closer. The team at Duet feels the same way. We cherish those around us- at work and at home- and are grateful for another year with our family, friends, co-workers, residents, investors, and vendors. In that spirit, our offices will be closed from December 24th through January 2nd, and re-open on the 3rd. So from all of us here, and ! We hope they're "just right."

We have a lot to be grateful for this year! Being together with family or friends or both this Thanksgiving will be extra special. After what we've been through- the reunions, the homecomings, the hugs, the food, and the football will all take on a different meaning. We can now savor the things we love about this holiday and each other more because collectively our perspective has changed and our appreciation for the little things has grown. In honor of World Photography Day, Duet wants to recognize through the lens - resident appreciation. These days, it is the little things that are most important. Duet is celebrating the onsite teams that have been OUR "frontline workers" throughout this pandemic. The National Apartments Association and Apartments.com started this well-deserved recognition and appreciation of rental housing professionals, honoring those who have kept our communities together during the COVID-19 crisis. These onsite workers have committed themselves to perform the vital work necessary to keep our communities safe and moving forward during these challenging times. The rental housing industry as a whole is taking the time to celebrate them throughout the country for their dedication- that often goes above and beyond the call of duty. In honor of these teams, we would like all of our members to celebrate. today, July 14th!
