On a personal note, please allow me to share with you more about myself and my journey! I have been a Seattle area resident for over 40 years. At age nine, I began assisting in the family business of real estate investment. We bought, renovated, rented and resold residential real estate. Throughout junior high, high school and college I worked with my father on investing and my mother, who was an agent, on selling. In 1988 I started my own real estate investment company, G & T Properties, and in 1989 became an agent. Both endeavors have been growing and flourishing ever since! My wife, Traci, and I have three children and have been actively involved in coaching their soccer, baseball, and basketball teams as well as various school activities. We are members of Mars Hill Church, where Traci and I serve in marriage ministry and both lead small group Bible studies. We, also, spend as much time as possible giving back to our community and neighborhood by being involved with other activities that benefit children. For recreation we love to snow ski, water-ski, cycle, and play tennis as a family.
