After months of preparing the house for the market, this beautiful home generated plenty of buzz and attracted multiple offers right away. The home ultimately closed in June, marking a successful sale for our sellers.

While the first transaction didn’t make it to the finish line, everything has a way of working out. The backup buyers were thrilled when the opportunity came back around and moved quickly to make this home their own.
