August 2026: Market Statistics for King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties, Single-Family only

NWMLS brokers added 9,546 new listings to the database in August 2026. That represented a year-over-year increase of 9.3% compared to August 2025, when 8,730 listings were added to the NWMLS database.

Sellers brought more than 800 additional homes to market than they did a year ago, giving buyers more options across the Northwest MLS service area.
