Whenever possible, I sit down with my buyers before touring homes to do a buyers consultation at which time we go over therv wants and needs, their financing terms and budget, what the process looks like, and the contracts. It is a lot of information and I always make sure to tell them that I don’t expect them to retain all of the information I’m giving them at that time and then I’m always happy to repeat myself.
