I am not a sales person. I would never try to sell you on anything, nor would I want to! My role as a real estate agent is to help guide the purchase or sale of your home. Just Sold in Woodinville 🏡

Sold for 100% of list price. Pending in just 14 days. And my sellers weren't even in the country to see it happen.

They were moving overseas and needed to fully trust that their home — and the whole sale process — was in good hands while they were away. I took the reins on getting the home market-ready: coordinating the painter, handyman, and hardwood floor refinishing, a couple of dump runs, and some light gardening to boost curb appeal.

That prep paid off. In August, homes in the 98077 area averaged 21 days on market at 96% of list price. This one went pending in 14 days at 100% of list, with the buyers waiving inspection — which meant a smooth path to closing.

So grateful to my sellers for trusting me to handle every detail while they started their new chapter abroad. Giving them peace of mind from afar was a true privilege.

📚 National Read a Book Day is tomorrow!

In honor of the occasion, I have a very important question:

What’s one book you wish you could read again for the first time?

You know the kind. The book you couldn’t put down, the one you still think about years later, or the one you wish you could experience again without knowing what happens.

Tell me yours! I’m always looking for another book to add to my ever-growing TBR pile. 😂

And apparently there’s a word for that: Tsundoku — the Japanese term for acquiring books and letting them pile up unread. 📚
