Yesterday a gal I know asked me a few questions about buying a home.
She didn’t know where to start, what she was signing, or really what questions she should even be asking. She was overwhelmed. Honestly, home buying IS intimidating when no one has ever taken the time to explain it.
So we talked. No sales pitch. I just genuinely wanted to help. Turns out, she didn’t even realize I serve the county they’re looking in. 🤎
Now we have a buyer consultation scheduled, I’ve got a folder full of research, and answers to questions they might not even know to ask.☺️
**If buying a home is on your radar, you have two GREAT first steps:**
🏡 Have a lender you trust? Start with a pre-approval, then find your REALTOR®.
🏡 Don’t have a lender? Start by interviewing REALTORS®. A good agent can recommend lenders and help you understand where to begin.
And PLEASE don’t be timid about asking for a buyer consultation! That’s our chance to answer your questions, explain the process, talk about what you want, and make sure we’re a good fit.
Because buying a home can be a long process. You deserve someone you enjoy working with—and someone who will slow down, explain things, do the research, and make sure you understand what you’re signing.
Sometimes my job starts long before we ever walk through the first front door. And I love that part. 🤎
