What started as a suggestion from his parents while earning his master’s degree turned into a career that would completely change the trajectory of his life. After working as a USDA rangeland management specialist, Wayne made the bold decision in 2007 to leave the security of a steady paycheck and step into real estate full-time… right before the housing market crashed. 💪
“The early years were hard,” Wayne admits. “But I had family support to get me through.”
From farm and ranch sales to residential, commercial, and development, Wayne has built a career rooted in service, leadership, and relationships. His background in land management gave him a unique perspective, helping clients see the potential in properties others might overlook.
But for Wayne, success has never been about production numbers.
“I sleep better taking care of people,” he says. “It’s the purpose behind it all.”
Through leadership roles across Odessa and Texas real estate, growing his business, and building a life centered around faith and family, Wayne continues to elevate the industry while staying grounded in what matters most.
