I said all of his last year. ESPECIALLY the part about reviewing rates over the past 20 years. I did that analysis and helped it make sense for my Buyers. I was able to negotiate almost $50,000 in price Reductions over 3 contracts AND 1 had a SELLER PAID 2/1 Buydown agreed to in the contract!

It's a good sign for the economy overall.

Another successful closing for one of my Military Families. No matter how many hurdles the Sellers put in front of me, I was not going to fail my military brethren. I had to Improvise, Adapt and Overcome to "Do What Had to Be Done!"
