As 2026 has started, I decided it was time for a little rebrand

I created a brand new logo — something a little more classy, but still centered around what I truly want to achieve in real estate: happiness for my clients and results that leave a lasting impression.

This past month has been very busy for me — which is amazing considering the start of the year is typically slower in real estate. I sold my first listing of the year in just a couple of days with multiple offers, giving my seller the opportunity to choose the one that worked best for him.

Within one week, I also got 3 sets of buyers under contract on their new homes — 2 of them winning in multiple-offer situations and beating out the competition.

Now here’s the part people don’t always see.

One of those deals fell through after being under contract for two weeks. It was very unexpected. But sometimes things feel right at first and then you realize it’s just not the right time — and that’s okay.

That’s real estate.

There’s a lot of effort and hard work that goes into getting an offer accepted. And sometimes, after all of that, things don’t make it to the finish line — which also means no paycheck. That’s just the name of the game.

But that’s also what separates me from the rest.

I will never pressure someone into doing something that isn’t right for them. I will always choose my client’s best interest — even if that means walking away from a deal. There will always be more opportunities down the road to pick back up when the timing is right.

With all that being said… I truly never could have imagined being where I am today.

3 closings to start off the year.
2 currently under contract.

Where I sit right now in sales is where I ended my first full year actually producing in real estate — and wow, that feels really good.

I’m excited for what this year has in store for me and my business, and even more excited to help so many more people along the way.
