Our beautiful little Cherry Blossom Cottage is a very unique furnished apartment. Artistically decorated with antique and one of a kind furnishings. Right on the road to Roque Bluffs state park, the sandy beach, and hiking trails. And just about a mile from the center of town.
Our units are perfect for Traveling Nurses, Doctors, Technicians, and Physical therapists.
We have a 1 month minimum stay. Our extended stay rate for 12 weeks or longer stay, only $300 per week. For stays of less than 12 weeks; $475 a week snugs you into this cozy escape.

Cutest little "Retro" apartment. Step back in time and enjoy the feel of a more care-free era. We are constantly working on bringing more of 40's50's60's memorabilia, appliances, etc. to this cozy apartment for your enjoyment. whirlpool bath included in the full bath. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds, sit among the flower gardens and on the beautifully manicured lawns, or have tea on the deck with a good book or a good friend. Situated just one mile from town center, and just a walk to coastal scenery. We on located right up the road from Roque Bluffs State Park, sand beaches, fishing wharf, and hiking trails. "Gears" is our newest addition to short term rentals in the Machias area. It was created to offer a less expensive alternative to furnished apartments for professionals who appreciate beauty, class, and quality but are on a budget. Exquisitely designed and decorated, it encapsulates the many workings that make this area rich and diversified. This unit is a tribute to certain "gears" of industry and culture in this area, that keep our local community going strong; the fishing, lobstering, potato ,and blueberry industries, We even have actual antique wooden gears from Eastport's mustard factory, items from the salmon industry, etc. We in Maine have a proud heritage of hard work and innovation. The Machias and surrounding area is steeped in rich history and is abundant in breathtaking natural beauty.

This efficiency unit is a cozy one of a kind accommodation that is beautifully furnished and decorated, providing essentials one would need for daily living. We provide paper goods, (T.P. and P.T.) bed linens, blankets, towels, private efficiency kitchen includes efficiency fridge, toaster oven, micro wave, coffee pot, stove top burners, pots, pans, eating utensils and cooking utensils. Private 3/4 bath, and private entrance through private sunroom. You also have access to a shared space that includes coin-op laundry facility, full kitchen, and outdoor sitting areas. We provide weekly light housekeeping (clean the bathroom, wash sheets and towels, take out the trash, dust, etc. and keep up on any necessary maintenance) and added little touches that make your stay a more pleasant one.

There are many garden areas in a beautifully landscaped yard, hammock, and hammock swings, large deck with garden benches, cushioned chairs and tables to sit at. Off road parking. Nice neighborhood.

Our rate for Gears is $995 per month for stays of three months or longer, $37 per night for stays under three months; minimum stay one month, maximum stay 6 months unless special arrangements are made.
