I'm sure some in town wondered how many times this one would get listed after being rented out each time. (Me too!) Guess what? A wonderful and kind couple pounced on it this time! They knew they would have to act fast and they did! They are thrilled to be permanently in the valley and to call this cute home their own. Be sure to wave as you drive by, and take a second to introduce yourself.

Happy Easter to all. It was a beautiful day of egg hunts, and golf. Thankful for this day. How did you spend your day?

I've had an incredible trip in Florida. I was honored to be a part of the Central Panhandle Association of Realtors 100yr celebration. What an event! I'm truly proud of Ariane and her team for putting something like this together. It was fun to get dressed up and just watch my bff do what she does best.

The weather has been less than ideal but we have made the most of just allowing me to relax before I get home, focus on my current listings, focus on the up and coming listings, plan a graduation party and a wedding to boot. The coming months will be action packed, while trying to prioritize my golf game, but it can be done😉

Thank you friends for your time and allowing me to take over your home for the last week! Cheers 🥂 to more celebrations to follow.

If you're living under a rock, the United States is getting PUMMELED with below average temps. A friend of mine had posted it was -25 this morning🥶 Good thing Mackay is beautiful, because warmth is not what we have this week! Because of the temperatures, more Christmas shopping was put off, and here I sit watching my favorite teams play in Pocatello!

Good luck Miner boys and girls! Put on a great show for those of us who were smart enough to sit under our blankets!
