WHO ARE WE

Rector Apartments has been in Macomb for over 45 years. Over the years, we have bought many homes and apartments that were in poor shape. We renovated them into nice, clean, affordable, & well maintained units. Rector Apartments offers a wide variety of units. We have Studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments available, depending on your needs. (We do not have any houses available at this time)

Every unit is different. We are not a cookie cutter operation - where every apartment is the same. Our units are unique, and you don't hear your neighbor talking right through the thin walls. If you are looking for something different, contact us for a showing.

The combined experience of the employees at Rector Apartments, in the housing industry, is close to 90 years. We strive to be the best, and we are not afraid of work.

The fact that we have seen so much in all our years of renting, we are capable of handling most situations that may come along concerning tenants and any issues. We do our utmost to make your stay with us a pleasant one.

EMERGENCY NUMBER

Anything can happen at any time - day or night. That's why we offer an emergency number. You may use this number if your heat is not working, broken pipes, or anything of a SEVERE nature. An oven not heating you pizza at 2:00 am is NOT one of those emergencies! (Yes, that actually happened.)

OFFICE

Our office is open from 11-5 weekdays. We have a very qualified individual who can answer all of your questions concerning availability on units, location, or just alleviate any concerns you may have, Rector Apartments Office is located at 311 N Johnson Street, Macomb IL.

THE PROMISE

There aren't many housing companies that have their personal name on their companies. The reason - they don't want Tenants to know WHO they are, so they don't have to deal with them directly. I do, I own & operate Rector Apartments.

I am not someone who sits behind a desk, and lets someone else do all the work. I am out in the field daily, with the people who work with me, trying to make your stay with us the best it can be. We appreciate the fact that you may rent from us & promise we will try to make your stay with us the best ever.
