I was asked to help them find a home that would bring them closer to family. Challenge accepted! We only looked at a few homes before they found “the one.” Unfortunately, it went under contract before we could submit an offer.

We kept looking, but nothing compared to the home they had fallen in love with. Then we got the call we’d been hoping for—the contract fell through, and the home was available again!
