These roles play an important part in supporting leasing efforts, building strong resident relationships, and delivering a positive, professional experience for prospects and residents alike.

Compensation & Incentives
Hourly Pay: $15.00–$17.00
401(K) with company match (100% of first 3%, plus 50% on next 2%)
Paid Time Off: 16 days annually (prorated first year)

About the Role
Leasing Consultants are responsible for marketing, showing, and leasing apartment homes, building rapport with prospective residents, maintaining accurate leasing information, and supporting current residents with day-to-day needs. These roles contribute to leasing performance, resident satisfaction, and the overall success of the communities. Occasional support at other WPMC properties may be required based on business needs.
