Being a remarkable agent requires a balancing act. It demands genuine skills in assisting a client in achieving a favorable outcome while also meeting the seller's requirements to make it all work. Ross Pino demonstrated his exceptional abilities in navigating the delicate balance between representing his client and facilitating a difficult property sale for the owner.

He definitely faced adversity including last-minute repairs required by the loan when the owner had already moved out of the county 😬.
