Leasing is open in downtown Barnesville. Commercial and residential units!

After more than a year of careful restoration, the Murphey Building reopens in June. Eleven loft residences and two storefronts in the heart of downtown. We're accepting lease applications now, with move-ins beginning in June.

And one residence is available right now at the Collier Building (215 Main St - down the alley).

Built in 1884, the Murphey sat neglected on Zebulon Street for decades. Today it returns as one- and two-bedroom lofts with original brick walls, soaring ceilings, rebuilt arched windows, full-service kitchens, and individual climate control. Steps from Mangia, the Corner Perk, and Lamar Arts. 45 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson (ATL) Airport.
