We’re excited to share a behind-the-scenes look at the journey of The Taylor at Opelika—from the very first stages of construction to the stunning interiors and community spaces that now welcome residents. This project has been a labor of love and collaboration, bringing much-needed housing to Opelika’s historic downtown core.

This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible teamwork of our partners. A huge thank you to Marsh Collective, Sierra Development, Landmark Construction & Development, the City of Opelika, Al - City Government, and the talented architects at Geheber Lewis Associates and interior designers at Focus Design Interiors, Inc., who helped turn this vision into reality.

At AREY, we make it a point to celebrate the incredible efforts of our teams each quarter when they hit 3 out of 4 of their bonus metrics. This time, we honored the teams from Mercer Landing I & II, Mercer Village, and Lofts at Tattnall with a fun day at Rigby's Entertainment Complex! 🙌

But it’s not just about hitting metrics—it’s about the positive impact these teams have on their communities every day. Their hard work and collaboration set the standard, and today was a chance to celebrate that success, together!

Let’s keep the momentum going and look forward to even more success ahead as these teams enter peak leasing season for the 2025-2026 school year!
