Fickling& Company is pleased to announce Wendy Ruzic as our new Senior Vice President and Managing Broker for our Warner Robins Residential Sales Division.

Since joining Fickling & Company over 21 years ago, she has been successful as a Realtor and Associate Broker in the Middle Georgia area. After becoming licensed in 2001 she went on to become a multi-million dollar producer consecutively while gaining many certifications to include the prestigious designation Certified Residential Specialist, CRS. Wendy has been a mentor for many new agents as well as training agents on contracts, systems, and many other aspects of real estate.

Wendy has received the Fickling & Company Team Builder Award and the coveted William A Fickling Sr Distinguished Service Award many times. In addition to her role at Fickling & Company, she is a Past President of the Central Georgia Board of Realtors.

Wendy succeeds Elaine Lee; who after 26 years of service as broker for the Warner Robins Residential Sales Division, will now move into the role of Senior Vice President for the Single-FamilyFamily Property Management Division
