This sweet young couple just bought their first home! What is really impressive is their ages--20 and 21 years old.
Will and Jacey were smart with their money and credit and were tired of throwing money away on an apartment with no equity. Being prepared financially with steady income and low debt, they were able to get preapproved and CHOOSE the price point that fit a budget they were comfortable with. With an FHA loan and a 3.5% down payment, they are now the proud owners of a newer construction home in an area that makes sense for their daily commutes.
I am so proud of these two for taking a big step toward their futures and building their future financial freedom now. I cannot wait to see what the world has in store for them.

☝ I would also be remiss to not add that this smooth transaction was after a pretty stressful, failed transaction (failed septic system). This has become an issue that we are starting to see on a weekly basis. Make sure you have an OWNERS TITLE INSURANCE POLICY at closing and do not let your vacant properties sit empty for long!
