Earlier this month, Neel’s Lofts was recognized with the Josh M. Rogers Revitalization Award from Historic Macon. We are so incredibly proud of what this team built together!!

When we set out to develop this block, the goal was never just to put up a new building. The original Neel’s sign is restored and relit on the roofline. The hallways are lined with historic advertisements from the department store that made this block famous. The name itself carries over 130 years of downtown Macon history. This award is a reflection of all of that intention.

Neel’s Lofts is officially cutting the ribbon this Thursday, May 28th at 11am alongside and the at 462 Cherry Street. This event is free and open to the public and we want to see everyone there!

After the ceremony, come walk the property, tour the model unit, coworking space, and luxurious amenities, and grab some refreshments while you are at it.

If you have not been to Piedmont Brewery and Kitchen yet, we need to talk 👀

One of downtown Macon’s absolute favorite spots is right in our backyard, literally! Piedmont is brewing some of the best beer in the city with rotating taps with the most interesting names to keep you on your toes every time you go. And whatever you do, do not leave without ordering the trash can fries. You will thank us later 😍
