🏡 Sometimes finding the perfect home takes patience... and a little persistence.

For the past several months, I've been working closely with a buyer client, searching for just the right home for her and her family. We looked at different options, stayed in touch, and waited for the right opportunity to come along.

When I heard that a home might be hitting the market soon, I immediately went to work reaching out to the sellers.

What started as a great showing quickly turned into something even better—a new listing and an accepted offer from my buyer!

This is a perfect example of how real estate isn't always about waiting for homes to appear online. Sometimes it's about relationships, communication, and being proactive on behalf of your clients.
