🏡🧡 August was one for the books!

I’m incredibly grateful to share that for the month of August, I ranked #1 in Aroostook County for BOTH number of units sold and total sales volume! 🥹🏆

I’ll admit, seeing that statistic feels pretty amazing—but what I’m most proud of is what’s behind those numbers.

Every sale represents someone who trusted me to help them through a major moment in their life. A first home. A new beginning. A family selling a longtime home. An investment. A piece of land. A move they’ve been planning for years.

Those numbers are really YOUR stories. 🧡

So this isn’t so much a “look what I did” post as it is a very big THANK YOU to every buyer and seller who chose me, every past client who came back, every person who referred my name, and everyone who continues to support my business.

Being a Realtor in Northern Maine means so much more to me than selling houses. This is my home, these are my communities, and many of my clients become people I continue to know long after we leave the closing table.

Another successful closing in the books! 🎉

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to my sellers on the closing of 168 Pleasant Ave! Thank you so much for trusting me to help you through the selling process. 🧡🏠

I also want to give a BIG shoutout to Land and Lumber Services LLC! 👏🔨 There was a lengthy list of repairs that needed to be completed prior to closing, and they stepped up and got it DONE! Their hard work played a huge part in getting this property ready for its new buyers and keeping everything moving toward the closing table.

And another big THANK YOU to Clean Slate Services for their cleaning and smell remediation services! 🧹✨ Their work helped put those important finishing touches on the property and get it fresh, clean, and ready for its new owners.

Sometimes getting a property to the closing table truly takes a team, and this one was a perfect example of that! I’m incredibly appreciative of everyone who worked together to get everything completed and this sale across the finish line.

Congratulations again to my sellers, and best wishes to the new owners as they make 168 Pleasant Ave their own! 🏡❤️
