Looking for a Great Lease to Own Option Program!!!

I have a home buyer that will buy ANY house (in an "A" rated High School District) that the RENTER wants (and can afford) and will then lease it back to you for up to 5 years with your right to purchase once your credit clears up. THIS IS FOR REAL, and is happening all over Hillsborough and Pinellas County and is a viable option for someone who is rebuilding their credit with the intention of buying a home within 5 years.
The program works like this:
1. You pick the home of your dreams; it can NOT be a Short sale, Foreclosure, Condo or an REO. It must be a Single Family Home and the home must be between $100,000 and $500,000 and up to 3 acres.
2. Our Lender will buy the home for you.
3. You will rent the home from our Lender until you're able to buy it from them.
4. You don't need a down payment, just 2 months rent in the bank.
5. You must have a minimum Household income of $50,000/year.
6. You must have stable employment and no history of evictions.
7. Each year, your rent will increase by 3.75% and each year your buyout price will increase by 5%; If the market value goes up by more than 5%, you keep that as Equity. Those are the only bogies in the wood pile.
