Our JGS Sea Breeze Condo, Madeira Beach FL is open. We have a couple openings this winter. One week in January and one week in March. Pool and hot tub will be open in early February.

Sea Breeze update. While our building nd individual units weren't damaged by Helene, digging out has been a challenge. Thank you to the team from TRS (whose office was completely flooded and are still working remotely) and all of the city, county workers, volunteers and private businesses that have spent hundreds of hours over the last 6 weeks bringing Madeira Beach back to life. We are on the home stretch now.

TRS said we expect to be up and taking reservations in early December!

Sand on the property has been removed. Power is on in units on floors 5-7 and by the end of this week we expect power on floors 1-4 will be back on too. Still waiting on water to be turned back on. Elevator should be running in 2-2 1/2 weeks. Next big job is getting pool and hot tub cleaned out and running again.

If you are looking for a holiday getaway... let me know we will offer big discounts for the month of December.

One way to give back...

The Madeira Beach icon Candy Kitchen has launched a fundraiser to help rebuild after the effects of Hurricane Helene.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone impacted by Hurricane Helene. While the Hurricane passed Madeira Beach over 100 miles out to sea, the storm surge caused tremendous damage all along the gulf coast. Currently only emergency personnel are allowed on the islands so we don't have an assessment of how the Sea Breeze faired. The 6.5 ft storm surge decimated ground floor businesses at John's Pass and along the beaches. Our hope is that since Sea Breeze has only parking on the ground level the units themselves will have minimal damage.

Hurricane Helene’s storm surge washed ashore along Pinellas County from both the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay, filling streets and flooding homes on both sides of the county.
