Dave began his career in hi-tech shortly after obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University. A passion for real estate motivated him to leverage his Business Degree to obtain a California Real Estate Broker’s License in 2003. Over the course of the past 17+ years, Dave utilized the additional educational requirements of a Broker’s License and a b
road business background to help his clients achieve their goals. With a steadfast belief in his fiduciary duty to his clients, a keen understanding of Santa Cruz County market dynamics and savvy negotiating skills, Dave is uniquely qualified to provide exceptional representation in all real estate transactions. Dave has resided in Santa Cruz County for the past 27 years with Debbie, his wife of 32 years. He ranks fatherhood as the toughest but most rewarding endeavor of his life, raising his two sons, Michael, 30 and Andrew, 27. With wonderful memories of playing baseball in his early youth, Dave volunteered to coach his sons’ Little League and Pony League teams over a twelve-year period that included many All-Star and Championship games. Mentoring youth is in Dave’s DNA as he also taught Kenpo Karate in Los Gatos for six years after attaining the rank of black belt. Dave’s personal interests include long walks on the Watsonville Wetland trails with his German Shepherd Dog, Kona and motorcycle rides along the California Coast. He is also currently active in the community joining the fight against child abuse as a Member and former Treasurer of the Santa Cruz and Silicon Valley Chapters of Bikers Against Child Abuse (BACA). Dave is a Realtor in good standing with the National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR) and Santa Cruz County Association of Realtors (SCAOR).
