After extensive planning, marketing, open houses (thank you Nikki Hughes!) and multiple viewings, I am excited to get the Re*****on Ranch under contract today! It was fun to watch the market respond to this unique and stunning property. Now we begin to work on the contractual milestones to get to closing later this fall.

We were able to swoop in and get this new construction under contract BEFORE the market was able to see just how good the view was here. This morning during our sunrise walkthrough God showed off for us with a big sunrise bouncing off of the mountains. Gorgeous!!!
