Getting a listing ready for the market is a multi-step process. We work hard to get the properties ready to show at their absolute best, and that involves working with amazing people, but also managing the schedule with lots of them! Yesterday was staging day at 5501 Jan Drive in Fitchburg. Renovation work is complete, the cleaners had come and gone, and now it's time to make the house shine. As always, I called the inimitable Sheryl with to work her magic and I'm excited to say that it looks fantastic!

These folks are doing it right!
They are 19 and 20 and they just bought their first house. They have started the journey of wealth buildling through Real Estate, and I couldn't be happier for them!
Jena's Mom is a former Real Estate colleague who has become a wonderful friend. She called me a couple months ago and told me that Jena and Colin were ready to buy -- and the only rule she had in place for them was that they had to work with me to do it. I don't lose words very often, but that is one of the highest compliments she could have paid me, and I definitely lost the power of speech for a couple minutes!
They were looking in a part of the state that is further away from me than I normally work, but they were very clear about what they wanted and we got to work right away.
On the first day of showings, we found it. The one. The perfect spot for them to begin their home-ownership journey, perched on a hill with panoramic views of Little Green Lake. The offer was accepted, and yesterday they closed. I'm so thrilled for them! The dogs will have a yard to run in, and they have a firepit for gatherings, and ... well, the lake is quite literally across the street!
