For those of you who don’t know…this is a super bittersweet one for me. This house belongs to my great grandma and has been in our family for my entire life. We’ve had countless Christmas’, graduations, parties and other gatherings here! 🤍 While looking at photos and going through the home preparing it for market, I relived so many memories that took place here.

We did it….again 🎉🙌🏼

I actually remembered to take a photo at this closing. I helped Kalub and Lakota purchase a home two years ago, and it was time for an upgrade. Their family has grown since then, and they needed more space.

Today was a double closing day for these two and I couldn’t be happier! I am so excited to watch the memories that are made in your new home for years to come 🫶🏽 thank you guys for trusting me again to help you!

Dedication and hard work will do it 🎉

I’ve been working with this client for about a year and he decided to list last Thursday. In 4 short days his duplex was under contract! Selling multi family is a completely different ball game than single family, and requires a lot more coordination with more involved parties.
