Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support
- Answer phone calls, manage emails, and schedule appointments
- Maintain and update files, records, and databases
- Provide general clerical support including photocopying, faxing, and scanning
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Documentation & Data Management
- Assist with data entry and order processing
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important information
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

Meeting & Scheduling Coordination
- Coordinate meetings
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide meeting support and follow-up

Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or Xero preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and standard office equipment

- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Compensation & Benefits

Salary & Schedule
- Hourly Rate: $17.99 - $23.00 per hour
- Schedule: Morning shift, up to 40 hours per week
- Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time available
