Move-in condition reports are due within 7 days of keys being picked up (not when you move-in). Forms can be returned during office hours, to the drop box outside our office or via email!

Living with 4 Lakes on Mifflin, Franklin, Johnson, Hancock, Butler or Hamilton? Key pickup begins at 12pm at 203 N Hamilton St! Just look for our tent and table.

Living at Randall Station, Regent Square, Randall Court or on Dayton, Spring, Wingra, or Emerald St? Key pickup will begin at 12pm in the yard by the satellite dish next to 30 N Orchard St!

With downtown move-ins and move-outs happening over the next few days, we've temporarily adjusted our office hours. We'll be back to our normal 8am-4pm on Monday, August 17.

Returning keys before the August 14 and outside our normal office hours? Place your labeled keys in the 4 Lakes dropbox outside the main entrance!
